“I have never left a Google review but this service deserves one. Not only did he correct a difficult dent on my car flawlessly, but the communication is phenomenal. I called Rick and within an hour I was out there showing him the dent. The other company I called told me to send pictures and then it took them two weeks to respond. The first date we were set for we were forecast to (and got) snow the morning of so I texted him a couple days prior and he immediately responded so we could reschedule. We pushed it back a week at my request and it was done a week later. I highly recommend giving him a call if you have an issue. The price was fair, the service was great and the communication was unbelievable. Not to mention he's also just a great guy.”

“A month ago a tree branch fell on top of my car. I went through my insurance to process a claim to get my car repaired through this company. The staff is so amazing. They were always responsive to my phone calls and concerns. Even though it was cutting close to a month with my car still being in the shop, I didn't mind. One because I am patient person and I understand sometimes you just have to wait and trust the process. Two some things are out of your control. I had other ways of getting around while my car was in the shop. Even Mr. Bob Russell the manager was so kind and generous towards me! The staff works hard. Shout-out to them! I don't know all their names but I do remember a Mr. Sway and Mr. Omar. But I'm grateful for all of them because they could of turned me away due to the upcoming holiday weekend but the wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you!”

“Third year in a row I have rented for my Florida trip. This year we had a Jeep Renegade. I didn't really like the car but that was not Nextcar's fault. The vehicle was ready when I got there, it was in good shape, full of fuel and clean. We put 2300 miles on the car with no issues other than running the windshield fluid out on the way home. That was not a Nextcar issue. The people there are friendly and get the work done with no real issues. Very easy to deal with. I will have no hesitation renting from them again.”
