“My bmw car was hit in DC and the person who hit me had GEICO insurance and GEICO sent me to Car Collison in Maryland. The drop off process was extremely easy and they gave me an estimate and took my car and gave me a time frame of when to expect the car and I left it with them.
Without asking, they provided me with text picture updates on the status of my car and in the text messages informed me that the car would be finished on time.
When I picked up the car, we went over it and it looked brand new.
When I got home I realized that one of my back windows wasn’t working properly and I called them.
I scheduled an appointment with them and showed up as scheduled and within 15 minutes they had corrected the problem.
They were very friendly and extremely professional to work with and I am 100 percent satisfied with the work on the car but more importantly I loved the service and updates they provided to me.
I would utilize their services again and recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with getting their car fixed.”

“I’m m also not one for writing reviews but since Airpark went above and beyond, I figured I should too. We had an intractable problem with an old, crappy car but couldn’t afford a (new) used car. Other mechanics threw their hands up and were unable to start and unwilling to try (this make/model has a horrible reputation). About a year ago, AAA referred me to Alex at New Impressions Auto Body for a small job to buff paint off my vehicle. Even then, I was impressed by how professional, honest, and customer-focused he was.

Fast forward to about five weeks ago when my SUV was hit by a snowplow and sustained major damage. When the insurance appraiser first inspected it, he believed the vehicle might be a total loss and even told me to go to the shop to pick up my tags. I was honestly preparing for the worst.

Thankfully, Alex took the time to carefully review the damage with the insurance appraiser. After a thorough inspection, they discovered the frame was intact and the vehicle could be repaired instead of totaled.. That alone was an incredible relief.
