The Nicholson Lane Capital One branch in Rockville has not shoveled its sidewalk along Nicholson Lane. It's been almost 2 weeks since it snowed. Do your civic duty Capital One. I've reported the lapse to the county.

Came on on a Friday night to get a direct deposit form. Both the manager Stephanie as well as the teller Iram absolutely did not know what they were doing. I sat in rush hour traffic just to get to the bank and not be able to get my transaction done.
