It's horrible. Always a line and only one teller. This is ridiculous. More employees needed to assist waiting and disappointed clients.

Excellent customer service. Annie Hung was very polite and helpful. But it was Donald Hamilton who persisted for as long as it took to solve a serious problem I had with my account. I can't thank and commend him enough. Five star experience!
