It was 11:30 at night, I was tired and I already came disappointed from another CVS in North Potomac where they didn’t have what I needed and to be honest they didn’t help me much…The second I step into this other CVS store, Jamaal greeted me with a smile and ask me if I needed help to find something. He went out of his way and dedicated time and effort to find the medicine that I needed. Let me tell you this medicine wasn’t available or easy to find in another stores, but he did his best to find it. I can’t be more grateful for him and his excellent service. This store has just become my pharmacy to go to thanks to Jamaal. Thank you so much for assisting me and help me when I need it!

The prescription was processed slowly and item was out of stock. I was never able to reach anyone by phone - always directed to an AI voicemail and no one ever called back.

Went to purchase dental floss because it said it was on sale online. The price in store was higher and the cashier said they do not price match. I worked for CVS years ago and know they do. Why I shop online.

The CVS in Key W Ave in Rockville 20850 is the worst pharmacy ever. I will no longer be giving my service and money to this location.

This place does not do infant passport photos despite the website saying so multiple times. The manager acts like it's stated somewhere in the site that they don't do them when really she is just denying the service. If you don't want to do something your company offers just say that you are refusing to do it because you don't want to.

I'm not a fan of CVS generally, but this store is one of the absolute worst.
One of many examples:
They literally lost a prescription, but kicked the can down the road for over a week. After days of having smoke blown all over the place on the phone, I went to the store.
The pharmacy manager said "Well, it's not like it's a heart medicine or for anything serious."
He was correct that it wasn't for a heart medication. It was just for an antidepressant/mood stabilizer -- the medicine that both allows me to function *and* stops me from jumping over the pharmacy counter and causing a huge scene.

Staff are not courteous. Extremely slow in getting my prescription, I made 4 trips and 3 out of 4 of them I was told I had to wait another 15 minutes for the SAME EXACT prescription to be ready which had not been prepared even though I confirmed it with my doctor hours before. They were not apologetic and wasted a lot of my time.

The worst pharmacy/store. No one called me about my prescription until I called them myself, and the staff seemed confused. The automated phone service is horrendous. I asked for a call back and no one called me back. For the store, the inventory shown online is different from what they actually have.

The pharmacy is clearly understaffed for the volume. Whether you are picking up a prescription on premises or via the drive thru prepare for a long and frustrating wait because the order may not be ready, they cannot find it even though it shows it’s ready or they simply can’t get to you for whatever reason. They then get frustrated with you if you complain because they are obviously swamped.

I picked up prescription today for my wife and son from this CVS, and the service was extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff showed no courtesy and made the whole experience unpleasant. Very disappointing.

I've been going to this CVS for about 10 years now. No major complaints about this location. I've had some ups and downs with this place but they try their best to stay consistent in getting your medications to you. The best time to pick up your meds is when they first open.
