Easy pickup. Gentleman who assisted me was courteous and communicative. Quickly started the process with to the point questions. Seemed genuinely interested in my experience in the car. Would use again!

When I asked to return the vehicle to another location about 15 miles away due to a medical appointment, the 14655 Richmond Hwy, Woodbridge, location said they would charge me $100. It would have been a great convenience for me and I would have appreciated the location accommodating my request. Too bad.
