“I visited all 3 locations of Michael's and the service at Laurel. Northgate Aspen Hill were the worse. The manager at Northgate was so not helpful and should not be manager due to her lack of knowledge. However, the staff at Rockville location has the best customer service. The woman with the black mask, Asian lady at the register and the small petite lady with the purple hair, all three were phenomenal and value their customers. I adore them as they were all so sweet and helpful. They deserve a raise!”
