The location was understaffed, which contributed to the long wait times—around an hour from check-in to testing, with results taking 1-2 hours to be available. Staff members apologized for the delays and explained that staffing shortages were the cause, which visitors understood. Despite the busy atmosphere, there were no complaints about the testing process itself, and no issues with the test results turnaround. A notable downside was the chaos and process breakdown on the appointment day, leading to frustration among both staff and customers. Waiting times of over an hour for a confirmed appointment were considered less than ideal, and customer service was not at its best during this busy period. Overall, Medical Access offers essential COVID testing services with quick results, but the experience can be affected by high demand and staffing challenges, leading to longer wait times and some frustration.
