“My co-workers and I had been exposed to COVID. Granted this location was offering rapid tests as we needed one to get cleared to return to work. It was hectic. Like most medical offices, this location was understaffed. Totally understandable. I have no complaints in regards to that. However, it was a little packed inside with everyone trying to check in and wait to get tested. I think we spent a little bit over an hour from check in time to getting our test done. The woman who did my test apologized for the wait and said that they were understaffed. I told her not to worry. The turn around results was 1-2 hours which is understandable as well. No complaints honestly just the crowd.”
“Dr. Eleanor was very detailed, thorough and compassionate. She asked more questions than any doctor I've seen, which I very much appreciated and listened to my responses attentively. By far, one of the most positive experiences I've had.”

“I cannot recommend the Kelly Goodman Group highly enough. In an era where healthcare can feel rushed and transactional, this practice is a breath of fresh air. From the moment you walk in, you notice the difference. They even support local artists by featuring and selling their work at the front desk, which immediately gives the office a warm, community-focused feel.
The level of medical care here is truly first-class. What sets them apart is their unwavering advocacy. They went above and beyond to help me appeal with my insurance company to get life-saving medication approved. This is a process that is usually a nightmare, but they handled it with expertise and persistence.
The providers are always available and never rush through an appointment. They have taken the time to explain every detail of my healthcare journey, covering everything from HRT and mental health support to managing chronic conditions and parenting advice. They even walked me through the possible side effects of surgeries I have had in the past.
I particularly love their collaborative approach. On the rare occasion they are uncertain about something, they do not guess. They actually collaborate right in front of me to ensure I am receiving the best, most accurate care possible. It is so reassuring to see that level of transparency and teamwork.
Everyone who works there, from the front desk to the clinical staff, seems genuinely happy to be there and is extremely competent. While there is an admin fee, it is absolutely nothing compared to the personalized service and peace of mind I receive. I would not hesitate to recommend the Kelly Goodman Group to anyone looking for healthcare that is both high-tech and high-touch. I really love this place!
Thank you Rachel, Britney, Sara, Rebecca, and Terese!! Y'all are the best.
Full disclosure: I was not paid to write this. In fact, between the admin fee and the local art I keep eyeing at the front desk, I am definitely the one paying them! I just believe that when you find a team this good, you should shout it from the rooftops.”
“Once again my PCP, Amara Burney, was very medically professional and knowledgeable regarding one of my other medical doctor's request for an important test. She allows me the opportunity to explain my concerns and answers my questions with integrity.”
“I love Dr Kassis! He is a great doctor! I feel very confortable with him. He truly listen to his patients. He has a great sense of humor! And I trust him 100%. Love his nurse Zo!”
“Great staff - friendly, efficient, and helpful. Well-run office that offers bloodwork and shots/vaccinations on-site. Caitlyn Bray, NP is warm, competent, and truly engaged with her patients. I am lucky to have them close by.”
“I came in for help with an upper respiratory infection that was not improving after two weeks. Dr. Jill Captain was very responsive, personable, and on point. All of her recommendations were solid, and I feel much better having been started on an antibiotic.
Unfortunately, follow up with the office was very problematic. Since Dr. Captain only works at this location once a week I don’t even know if they have a process in place to follow up if there is a problem.
Two of my prescriptions required pre-authorization and although my pharmacy reached out twice, no follow up occurred. In addition, I spoke with the office the same day of my appointment while I was waiting for the prescriptions. I explained that two of the prescriptions could not be filled without follow up. They took a message and I didn’t hear anything back. Additionally, one of the two prescriptions that needed approval was no longer manufactured, and the pharmacy could not issue a new comparable prescription without follow up from AllCare.
To summarize: very happy with the doctor and the care. Administrative follow up VERY POOR. It’s a good thing that the antibiotic did enough for me that I didn’t feel the necessity to keep chasing AllCare for the other prescriptions.”
“My husband and I are patients and we are extremely happy with both doctors, nurses, and office staff. It’s a huge comfort to know they are always accessible, know our medical needs, and answer our questions. It’s even better since they became a concierge practice with fewer patients. Appointments are never rushed, and they can usually see you same or next day if need be. Everyone on staff is kind and helpful.”
“5 stars for 5 reasons
1. Dr. Wadhwa is awesome! Ordered necessary blood work pertaining to my concerns, easy going, nice, attentive, and very relatable.
2. Blood work came back super quick. Portal is easy to access and easy to make payment/view lab results.
3. I never felt rushed at all when I came to see Dr. Wadhwa.
4. Place is conveniently located at the gym and parking was still relatively easy to find.
5. Front desk folks are nice and easy to schedule appt. I had front desk even give me a call in regards of my results unlike other facilities I’ve been to don’t.”
“If I could rate higher it would be a 4.3
As a GenXer, I grew up where local was everything!!! People desired to support neighborhood businesses. Metro Pharmacy reminds me of that place. I have great healthcare and could go to any pharmacy but I chode metro because I can walk out my door, down the street and I am right there! I love the old fashion bell ring takes me back to a special place in my life. Yes, it's medicine LOL and yes going to Metro is a signal I am not feeling well or I need to be recalibrated but its intimate, friendly and has everything I need. I realize they may have other stores but they are still a small business compared to these medicinal engines. Metro Pharmacy is more like an apothecary! If you can walk to Metro, transfer your prescriptions. GO LOCAL folks.”

“My family and I have been going to Dr. Faure for close to 25 years. His staff is always very accommodating and Dr. Faure is very personable and very easy to talk to/with. We just love Dr. Faure, Venus and Kathleen.”
“The doctors are great, including the PA. They seem to be knowable and experienced. I do recommend is to improve is the lab result process, the website is not user friendly and getting back to patient to informed them about the result.
The front desk needs to be more welcoming.”
“Dr. Hashemi was very attentive to my needs. Immediately looked up a specialist for my issue. She and I agreed that there may be something deeper going on that needed to be addressed”
“Dr. Meng was amazing on my first visit! She was comprehensive, knowledgeable, and was able to appropriately communicate to me about my medical conditions. The facility was much better than where I going previously.”
