I had an overall great experience at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers!I went in for a regular oil & filter change for my car where I was first greeted by John. He was very nice, friendly and accommodating while helping me with my appointment. They were fast & efficient and not only changed my oil, but were nice enough to fill up my tires with air, check my battery and also saw that I needed some other things done to my car as well.I settled with the oil & filter change for today because honestly I want to shop around and get some second opinions on the other work I need done to my car, but I'd definitely consider coming coming back based on my interaction I had today!

Took my car for a joyride to "test drive the tires". Clutch was totally burned up and I could smell it coming off the car. These mechanics work at Mr.Tire for a reason. Low skill and dishonest workers.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS, THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME. Went in for a leaking tire. They told me: that two tires had nails and one could not be repaired because the nail was in the sidewall, that I needed new pads, rotors, air filter, and passenger air filter. They quoted me over $1300 for the tires, balance and alignment. As soon as they mentioned the air filter I knew they were lying because it was replaced the week before, I immediately took my car to a different tire shop that charged me $950 for better tires mounted, balanced and aligned. I asked this other shop to check for nails and they told me they only found 1 nail that would have been repairable. This week I took my car back to my regular mechanic about the brakes. Grand total? $0.00. The dust cover for the brakes had shifted and was rubbing causing a sound. The pads had half their life and the rotors are in terrific shape. They straight up lied to me to try to make money. Do not use them for anything, even tires. I would recommend Radial Tire Company for tires and D&D Automotive for everything else, both are located 20 minutes away in Silver Spring, but neither of them are going to scam you.

With the situation I was in, they certainly had the opportunity to take advantage of me. However, John (Manager) and staff were very friendly and professional. The prices were reasonable and they got me back on the road to home in no time. Thanks again, John!

Before a busy Labor Day weekend, one tire had a very low PSI all of a sudden. Called and the great employees at this location told me to bring it in, fixed it in under an hour for a reasonable price and we’re very nice. Stop on by for a tire fix, it’s in the name.

Don't know why these reviews are low. Mr. Tire was very efficient at fixing a tire leak before a busy Labor Day weekend. The cost was reasonable and the staff was very nice!

Never goto Mr. Tire they charged my company for work that wasn't done. Last week I had a flat so I dropped off the rim and tire on Wednesday so that they would have time to order the correct tire. I let them know that I would be coming back Saturday morning to get an oil change and have the studs that were damaged replaced. When I dropped off my truck Saturday morning I reminded them that it needed an oil change and the wipers replaced. When I came to pick up the truck I noticed that the spare was still on the truck but it had been put on the rear. When I asked why wasn't the new tire put on, I was told that he didn't know that there was another tire to be replaced. And the reason was because the wrong tire was put on the rim (a tire that was NOTHING like the other 3) So now I have to wait until Monday to get my truck fixed. When I looked at the invoice I noticed that they put front brakes on it (without asking me) and "Resurfaced" the rotors. As you can see from the pictures that the rotors were never resurfaced, which now will make the pads wear prematurely. They charged me for wiper blades that were supposed to be replaced, but are sitting on the front seat of my truck because I just got them today. What's really messes up is now I have to come out of my pocket to fix this

My car had a battery issue. Omg John was soo sweet with helping me out with installation of my new battery. Because I frequent the place often for my car appointments as and when, he installed the battery free of charge even though I didn’t buy it from them.Definitely recommend.Very serviceable and efficient in everything they do

John, the manager, is incredibly friendly and helpful. We came in to get a license plate reattached and check on a wire, and they were so nice that they didn’t charge anything at all. Highly recommended and will definitely come back (since they do all sorts of services, not just for tires)! He and Vince (the technician) totally saved the day!

Thought this would be a place you could count on until my recent encounter to being swindled by this location. Less than 6 months ago I replaced all my tires on my car I requested all warranties that are available be added to my bill just to encounter needing a repair on a tire today, to be informed that the wrong warranty was added to my bill. $1000 later and now they want $200 more to replace tires that are essentially brand new. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Read your paperwork carefully and make sure you don't get PLAYED like I did. Will never be utilizing Mr. Tire ever again.

Had a doctor's appointment at Johns Hopkins (2 hours from my home). As I was leaving, my brake line popped. Called AAA and they towed me to a AAA shop and the tow truck driver left. What they didn't say was that there was no technician to work on my vehicle (they will be receiving a poor review). AAA gave me difficulty when asked to tow to another, and every place they suggested was booked. I decided to call around myself and found Mr. Tire on Rockville Pike close by. I limped my F-150 over, they were able to rearrange their schedule, and they got me right in. Took a few hours, but they did not take advantage of my situation, charged me a fair price, and put in new brake lines to my master cylinder. If they didn't work with me, my wife would've had to come over from DE (and battle 495) and pick me up. I will forever be indebted to those guys. Did a fantastic job.

Scammers! Took my car to get a wheel alignment and immediately after I got to the pavement I realize it wasn’t as I’m a driver for 20 years and no a lot about cars! Took it to them the next day and Jeff was like oh the alignment machine was misaligned so it was off! Why not say that before! Then I started to get wheel noise after I changed 4 brand new tires!Beware!
