Wow! I've never seen a bank charge to cash its own check. How absurd. A customer paid me with an M&T Bank check, and then I went to the bank to cash it in, and the clerk told me they would charge 3% of the check amount to cash it. I said WHAT? I would never open an account at a bank like that.

Highly Recommended don't go that location ., They always don't have change . When they do transactions take 30mins .. trust me . It not bank it's the people of that location

Great tellers, gave me options when i would cash my checks, now i bank with them. Really enjoying their service and banking with them
