“Our go to for our lexus car oil change and tire rotation with Andrew. They also did our 30k miles routine and bought new tires at 55k miles. A one stop shop indeed. Best price in the area. They are open on some Saturdays for appointment only. Parking can be tough but the service is exceptional!”

“I took my Honda Odyssey in for a state inspection. Unfortunately, it didn’t pass but they were able to fix it the day of the inspection and get it to pass. Military discount was greatly appreciated. Thankful for the communication and photos shared to help explain the problem. We will be back!”

“Really great tire service center with the lowest prices I could find on the tires that fit my car. Sophie and Marcello were professional, friendly, and helpful, but also firm on the stores policies and what services are applicable for my car's staggered tire setup.
They have a price match policy, but it's only with competitors who also install tires and not with prices from 3rd party resellers.
Website is clean, easy-to-use, and intuitive. I waited in the nearby Rockville Square, but from what I saw the store was clean and had plenty of room if you want to wait there for service to be performed.
Docking a star though because even though I ordered tires online and selected an appointment time after the tires were scheduled to arrive, they were delayed. I only found out because I called to double check the tires were there. if you do order tires in advance online, I suggest you call ahead just to make sure they've arrived before you head over.”

“The Chevy service department in Rockville is amazing. Chevy cars and the dealership are terrible but the service center is unbelievably good. ? I've had nothing but bad experiences with the dealership and the car I got from them but at least the service department has been nothing but helpful. From the front desk to the work they do on the cars and the constant updates they give you. My only upside to getting a Chevy is that at least the service department has done a great job and gave me great customer service every time.”

“We have been taking our cars to Gary and his team for several years now. They have never failed to provide uncomparable service, with fair and clear rates, as well as detailed descriptions of proposed work. And most importantly they keep track of what our car services our car has had done and what it needs and have always kept an open line of communication via phone text and email.
Here's another small but huge thing for me: a few years back my daughter and I were on vacation and had an issue with my car's starter. We were 4 hours away from Preferred but I called them anyway. I spoke to Todd (a dream!) who quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone. Because they keep such accurate records of our vehicle he was able to tell me when that part had last been addressed and explained why it may have been an issue now. He even offered suggestions for how to find a reputable shops for the repair as well as parameters for a fair pricing.
How is THAT for service?
We have referred many friends and neighbors to Preffered and will continue to do so. I cannot say enough good things about them.”
