“There are lots of good choices around here for shops. Gateway has done a great job with maintenance for us multiple times. Parking is tight, but you can generally find a place. Clean and comfortable waiting room. They've been willing to get me in on short notice, and their rates for tire work, at least before fees and shop charges, are the best I've seen. Highly recommend.”
“I took my vehicle here to get a state inspection and I can not recommend Brownie's enough. I was very nervous and cautious with this whole process because I have heard horror stories of mechanic shops lying to customers about what their car needs to pass a state inspection. I dropped my car off at night, and first thing in the morning, Brownies called me to let me know they started working. Within 3 hours, they called me to say the inspection was complete and that my vehicle passed. I am so happy to have found an honest and reputable shop. I recommend ANYONE to come to Brownies for any of your auto needs. They definitely have earned my business moving forward. Great work, Brownie's and team!”

I didn't know if would be a patch or replace. 1 hour before closing on Friday they said bring it on in. ? Patch and only $30. Very nice owner and wife. Very clean and welcoming wait area. “I have been getting my vehicle serviced at DA for many years and have always been pleased with the service. I recently had a part go bad in my car right before I was about to go on a trip. Randy and the team went above and beyond to make sure I could get the part I needed in time. When they couldn't get it from their usual supplier in time for my trip, Randy personally reached out to another dealer, tracked it down, and got it for me — all while keeping me updated along the way. What really stood out to me was that he offered to not charge me the extra cost of sourcing the part from the other dealer, even though it was more expensive.
My tire light came on right before going out of town for Thanksgiving and they got me in that same day and found the issue and fixed the tire for me. They've taken care of my car for years and I really trust them not to push unnecessary services. They even offered me a ride home when they saw I was walking home from the shop, which I appreciate and shows how they care about their customers.
