This was my second experience. The first time round, a few years back, they did an excellent job on my Tesla M3. After their extensive repairs, the car was nearly as good as new.
This time, the insurance company ended up totaling the car. Unexpectedly hearing that ones car is totaled is never a pleasant experience and the whole process was new for me. Through all of this, appreciate how responsive everyone from the Collision Craft team was to help me understand their estimate, the future repair risks, and I believe arrive at the right decision. “After driving around for over a year with a broken windshield (Safelite wanted $1300 and there was no way I was filing an insurance claim). My neighbor was getting theirs done so I walked over and asked the guys if they had a card. Long story short, they just finished their work, for less than half the price of EVERYONE else. Tyler and his partner were incredibly professional and friendly. Even Kathy (receptionist) was as friendly as you can get. It's 2025 and EVERYONE sucks these days. It was so nice to have a meaningful interaction with other humans lol. Anyways, if you are trying to get your windshield fixed, give these guys a call, they'll take care of you (the price they give you on the phone is EXACTLY what is charged).”

“Found my front passenger window smashed at 8:30am, and by 1:30pm, I had a new window in, thanks to Best Price Auto Glass. When I called my insurance, they gave me a quote from Safelite, which was $264 + $25 for mobile service, except they couldn't get me in that day, and I'd have to drive out to Rosedale (from Federal Hill or Bolton Hill, Baltimore) if I wanted it done that day. A quote from a mechanic was $330 + for the window alone, installation. Then I called Best Price Auto Glass, and was told they could do it for $169, with free mobile service, and it could be done that day. A technician arrived within a couple hours, was polite and professional, and finished within thirty minutes. I also appreciate that he made sure I had a look at his work and was satisfied before I paid, seeing as I screaming baby on my hip, and dog going berserk at the moment, I may have been distracted to actually forget to check.Hopefully my car won't be broken into again, but this is Baltimore, and if it happens again, I know I'll be calling Best Price Auto Glass, as well as, recommending them to friends and family.”

You can barely see the chip anymore. Everyone was nice, quick service, would recommend. “If you are reading this and you go here for work on your car after your tripping they ruined the electrical on my brand new car all I had was routine tune up I had no problems with the car before. Then they told me to get it towed there and the would fix it then tried to charge me another 300 dollars .. so that’s about 600 plus 300 in tows to fix something that had no problem before I can here , I have proof I was here twice even though the second time they refused to give me paperwork. And no the problem never got fixed. Had to go to another mechanic and they told me I got scammed”
“I got a windshield glass crack from bottom to top from a pebles size ding it grew over time ignored it becuse i was clueless to the magnitude that little pebble caused.
