This was my second experience. The first time round, a few years back, they did an excellent job on my Tesla M3. After their extensive repairs, the car was nearly as good as new.
This time, the insurance company ended up totaling the car. Unexpectedly hearing that ones car is totaled is never a pleasant experience and the whole process was new for me. Through all of this, appreciate how responsive everyone from the Collision Craft team was to help me understand their estimate, the future repair risks, and I believe arrive at the right decision. “Just recently had automotive concepts replace my windshield. Very good experience and recommend this company. A real person picked up the phone.. I was scheduled in a timely fashion. I dropped my vehicle off and was called after the job was completed. I did have an incident where a trim piece at the base of my windshield was not reattached.. I realized it a day or so later and when I went back to let them know I think the clip broke when they reattached it during the windshield install, they took the part.. found the replacement and called me the next day. It was a very nice experience all the way around. Highly recommend”

The only problem I had is when I went to pick my car up the guy just parked my car in front of the lobby door and brought the keys. There was nothing wrong with my car when I took it in and they were unable to program it after they took my old windshield out so now I have to take it back. I’m not sure what’s gonna happen then.”
“After driving around for over a year with a broken windshield (Safelite wanted $1300 and there was no way I was filing an insurance claim). My neighbor was getting theirs done so I walked over and asked the guys if they had a card. Long story short, they just finished their work, for less than half the price of EVERYONE else. Tyler and his partner were incredibly professional and friendly. Even Kathy (receptionist) was as friendly as you can get. It's 2025 and EVERYONE sucks these days. “If you are reading this and you go here for work on your car after your tripping they ruined the electrical on my brand new car all I had was routine tune up I had no problems with the car before. Then they told me to get it towed there and the would fix it then tried to charge me another 300 dollars .. so that’s about 600 plus 300 in tows to fix something that had no problem before I can here , I have proof I was here twice even though the second time they refused to give me paperwork. And no the problem never got fixed. Had to go to another mechanic and they told me I got scammed”
“I got a windshield glass crack from bottom to top from a pebles size ding it grew over time ignored it becuse i was clueless to the magnitude that little pebble caused. They kept me informed of their arrival time, came to my home promptly, examined my windshield thoroughly, explained that what I thought was a crack in my windshield (after being struck hard by a rock thrown from a dump truck) was in fact the rain sensor. It turned out no damage had been done after all. The service technician was polite, friendly, efficient, and there was no charge for his visit. They have replaced a windshield for me in the past and did a perfectly professional job. I highly recommend them.”
