“This is my second school year with the storage company and I must say they are amazing compared to the other prices that my other classmates were giving me I paid nowhere near the price they pay. It’s very fast and efficient. The workers were extremely helpful and understanding I had to change my reservation more than two times and they accommodated me every single time with no issue no problem. I feel comfortable leaving my stuff in storage in the care of their hands.”

“We had Jerry's crew with Corey, Kobe, Chris and Steve for our transoceanic military move. This team was incredible! I waited to write my review to see how everything was at the receiving end and let me tell you, it's my first military move with 0 items broken! They were fun to work with during packout, and genuinely cared for our house hold goods. Jerry was communicative and professional! If I could hire anyone again, I would request this team specifically! They packed our 12k pound home in two days and crated our goods with care, everything made it to Hawaii in one piece! I can't say enough good things about them!”

“Had a great moving experience with PODS. Each delivery driver that assisted with the move was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, I can't remember which delivery drivers assisted with the pickup, otherwise I would mention them in this post. I did have a wonderful driver named Tucker, who assisted with getting our pods to our new location. He has also been very professional and courteous.”
“This company was very professional, the arrived early and came prepared to disassemble furniture. The father and son both quickly and efficiently moved our belongings and delivered them. The even offered to place the furniture in a designated location of our choice. And when the job was completed we even asked them to remove unwanted furniture and dispose and they gladly met our accommodation with I small fee. Overall great service.”
“So I'll start by saying I loved this companies service. We were scheduled with another mover for the 15 of Dec (made the reservation weeks in advance) they canceled on us on the 14th of Dec. So in a panic I start calling every moving company in the DMV. After being told there is no availability by 5 companies I got in touch with Walter's Moving. Not only did they find a way to fit us in they adjusted my planned pick up and drop off schedule (two pick up locations) to save me money. The team shows up an hour EARLIER than scheduled huge plus to me. They are all incredibly nice and fully masked up. They were quick extremely neat and even made a second trip to pick up a few things that didn't fit on the truck the first time. Nothing was broken no walls were marked (they put up cardboard on the walls and layed plastic on the floor). I am recommending this company to everyone we know. Also, a big thing for my family is supporting black owned and run businesses and this company is. I can't quite express how much this crew saved my move day.”
“We used Hoffberger to move a few offices within our building at Johns Hopkins. They sent Jerry, Charles, Jerome and Gilberto who were punctual, hard working, kind and patient. Despite measuring the space in advance, we determined that one office left the appearance of being over furnished, and needed a large piece removed again after being disassembled just to make it through the door. The team was understanding and gracious throughout the job.”

“I'm in the military and this company is phenomenal! Initially there were several delays and inconveniences with security forces due to Base clearances and entry access, for some of the movers and miscommunication on the start date for my pack out. Also the military used a sub-contracted company that was affiliated with Guardian. However the company recovered very quickly resolve the errors and sent the best packing team I've ever seen in 23 years of service and eight military moves. This team was professional, organized, hard-working and incredibly focused. The team lead, Terrance was amazing. He was experienced, and professional which took all the stress offf me. He was delicate with my belongings and ensured extra care and attention to detail were given to every aspect. A true super star. The team was amazing as well. Tevin, JJ, Joey Claude and I can't remember the other name either Mark or Aaron all well trained, super hardworking with fantastic attitudes. They cared for my stuff like it was their own. I am so impressed. I disagree with all the other reviews on this site. so hopefully you will take my positive comments into consideration when considering this company. they really are the best and willing to fix any errors and mistakes made to accommodate the customer. A++ to all. And Give the guys on this team a raise and promotion they deserve it.”
“If you were going to move, this is the company to call. I had a real problem with another company that I was going to use and they tried to rip me off so I canceled them. I needed to move the same day or the next day at the latest, and I called child express and they sent the truck with two guys the next day who got at my house at 8:30 and the two gentlemen worked nonstop until 630 that evening to get me moved. They were professional. They took very good care of all of my possessions and I was thrilled.”

She called us a few times to confirm our moving date so I felt the utmost confidence that they would show up. The crew was polite, friendly, and enjoyable to work with. Furniture was packed with attention to detail and care and placed precisely in every room where we wanted it. Even if we made a mistake, they moved the furniture piece again to the proper room. No complaints or grumbling. I have used Ernie's twice now in 8 years and wouldn't work with anyone else. And the price was extremely competitive compared to larger moving companies. Highly recommend!”
