“Came here for the first time for printing services. The process was simple. Because I needed heavy cardstock, I bought paper from the Associate at the desk and then emailed to print. I followed the directions on the screen, loaded the custom paper, and hit Print. The printer jammed, but the Associate gave me more paper so I could continue and I was on my way.
Wanted to give 5 stars for the excellent customer service the Associate at the Printing Services desk gave to me and the many customers. He was so busy and by himself at the time, so I couldn’t get his name, but he was kind, calm, and helpful to all of us! Thank you!”
