“of all the stories ive reviewed not show how IKEA is the one that slipped through the cracks! I am in this location about as often as I visit target and with the same mantra.. I go and wander and let the store tell me what I need. I love that i can walk through the show room and get inspiration without a lot of staff hounding me or I can use the app to add the items i need to my cart and go right to them in the self service area. I havent tried the click and collect so I cant talk much to that. Generally the staff are helpful if you need them and back off if you dont which is nice in this type of store. I have been re-doing my closet so Ikea has been seeing a lot of me lately and even without buying everything from the same system i still managed to have a very cohesive closet system!”

“Friendly service. Check online prices before you walk into the store. I purchased 3 items, and 2 of them I had to show the cashier the "online" price from their own website. The third item was not advertised "on sale" in the store, but the sale price came up at the register. Cashier had no problem giving me the online prices after I had mentioned it, and shown it to her on my phone.”
