“A huge thank you to Grant's and, specifically, Lamar, for coming so promptly after my vehicle broke down. I urgently needed to get home due to family matters and they took my message to heart and came very quickly. Turns out I'd run out of gas after my fuel gauge malfunctioned. Lamar was able to put enough fuel in the tank to get me to a gas station. He was so kind and compassionate and went above and beyond to make sure the situation was resolved without any stress or hassle. He also said he'd contact AAA himself to let them know that I didn't need to be towed so it wouldn't get charged to my membership. If you ever need a hero to come rescue you from a breakdown, call Grant's and ask them to send Lamar!”

“I booked my appointment 3 days prior to my appointment, and received a email a day later approving my appointment. I went in on time to have my car aligned and talked to who I believe was Chris. He was nice honest and straight to the point. They were busy so I did have to wait in the lobby for quite some time. So I do recommend dropping your vehicle off. Overall good experience at this location.”

“I’ve taken all my vehicles to this location since I bought my first car over 10 years ago. The service is incredible and they never have a long wait time. If there’s no wait I’m out in about 20 minutes. Every single staff member is always so kind and courteous. They always have coupons available on most services and I love that they’re honest and respectful. A huge thumbs up to the staff at this location, especially Justin!! He has a great attitude and was able to save me 20% on all my products and services I received on my last visit. Had to leave a review for these guys/gals who are doing a great job and I hope their boss reads this… cause they deserve a raise and Pat on the back! Even when I didn’t live in Salisbury, I would make the drive because I know I’m in good hands. Thanks again!!”
