“My service was a Maryland state inspection. I enjoyed interacting with Jessica and Eve they were very informative, knowledgeable, and professional. I even had a opportunity to talk with Jacoby their Maryland state inspector very impressive!”
“Awesome. I needed my oil changed badly. Was at 3% cause, oops been busy and forgot about that chore. Went 1st to the Chevy dealership by Lowe's. What they wanted to charge was a lot more than Jiffy Lube, and the Chevy place told me it takes an hour and a half for the oil change. Huh? I've never spent more than 40min waiting for an oil change. And when I made the appt, no one told me an hour an a half. Nope. Not doing that. So drove across town and there was Jiffy, all ready to go. I was in and out in about 10min and even with new wiper blades, still saved over $50 going there. Everyone was very nice too. It was well worth the drive across town today.”
“I booked my appointment 3 days prior to my appointment, and received a email a day later approving my appointment. I went in on time to have my car aligned and talked to who I believe was Chris. He was nice honest and straight to the point. They were busy so I did have to wait in the lobby for quite some time. So I do recommend dropping your vehicle off. Overall good experience at this location.”

“Always done a fine job on my oil change and tires. But today I got there at 7am and waited an hour while I stayed in the store doing my shopping and came to the counter at 8 thinking it would be done and they said they didn’t have the right filter so go to auto zone to get it. They didn’t know what filter it would be so I bought two. When it was all done it was almost ten. I wish they would have called me while I waiting so I could have been out sooner.”
“Thanks to Ralph, what could've been a miserable experience ended up as a small bump in the road. I was in Salisbury for work and was driving back to Baltimore when one of my tires popped, completely flat. With a 3-hour drive ahead, and rush hour looming, this was a detour I didn't need! But Ralph had me in and out of the tire center and back on the road suuuuper quickly! He was professional, courteous and friendly. Thank you so much for your great service!!!”
