“I went to the store back in June to have my my kitchen remodeled. Cabinets were finally delivered in September. Installation was started 2 weeks after delivery. Mike Harrison the designer forgot to order 1 cabinet. Also the "Special Ordered" cabinet which took 3 months to come in was too small. I was told to use fillers to fill in the gaps Then 2 of the top cabinets that were added, the doors do not line up with the bottom cabinets. My refrigerator was not installed because the contractor couldn't get it into the house. It is still in my garage. On 11/17/22 I emailed Mike Harrison about the replacements. They are at the store. No delivery yet. I need some answers on why did this happen. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I want my kitchen completed. Christmas is coming and I need my kitchen.”
