“I rented a vehicle from just the 19th to the 20th and I made my reservation about a week ahead, I require hand controls to drive any vehicle.

Not only was there no fee for needing the hand controls but unlike rental car companies in past years, Enterprise installed high quality hand controls in the vehicle I requested and they were perfectly installed resulting in a safe and comfortable stress fee trip.

In the past you could get a set of hand controls from a rental company that are basically just thrown on and this can be a very unsafe situation. Able bodied people may not be able to relate or even have a clue about the importance of this feature and I can't expressr enough how stellar of a detail this is for disabled people.

Every employee I encountered was polite and beyond helpful. It was a 10 out of 10 experience. I plan to continue my business with this same location for all of my rental car needs in the future.”

“Fast, friendly, great availability of desired vehicle, and pricing was fair and straight forward. Highly recommend. My ONLY beef, and this is on common business policy not the rental location, is why you can't return a vehicle on the weekend if you needed to (I didn't need to I just think the policy sucks) and only get charged for the specific time you used....the whole increased rates over the weekend thing is dumb. But overall my experience with this Hertz was excellent and I recommend it! ??”
