The customer service is not the best. The conversations had amongst employees is inappropriate as is the music played. Only decent thing about the store is the women’s shoe selection.

Here it is 9/2/2023 labor day weekend and school opening in three days I need to exchange shoes and the store not opened yet. It's 11:30 am store already half n hour late and the floor crew waiting outside to come to work too how sad this is

Change your hours! Showed up at 11 which is what it says on the listing and still not open. Was told that the store doesn't open til 12
