“Great Experience! Thank you, Nya! I purchased a pair of New Balance 574s from this store two months ago. The day I wore them I noticed my right foot was very tight and while they were marked size 8.5, the right shoe was visibly shorter I thought I was going to have to contact New Balance to start a warranty claim. I called JD Sport corporate and they told me to bring the shoes into the store. When we arrived at the store, we were greeted by Nya and a fellow associate. I explained the sizing difference with the shoes. Nya was understanding, showed a sincere empathy for the situation, and ordered a new pair to my house. She made the whole experience very reassuring and easy. We have always had a great experience at this store and appreciate all the employees as we have always had great experiences there. We'll be back.”
“Honestly, this is the place you should purchase shoes from in Salisbury. I purchased Two pair of Brooks from this particular location. One was effective and they had no problem returning it for me. I was very grateful because those shoes are very pricey. They do have a large selection of shoes. I wish I didn’t have such stupid feet so I could purchase more of what I But it looks like I’m stuck with geriatric shoes, either way, they have beautiful looking shoes, even for geriatric! Lol”
“Love this place. I always leave with at least one pair. They only put one shoe in the box, so when you want to purchase a pair, they have to go to the back and get the matching shoe. I understand why they do it, but it takes them forever and it's a pain in the butt. Don't go in if you're in a hurry.”

“I went in looking for some insoles to relieve my Plantar Fascitis. I was met by Olivia, and let me tell you, I don't have enough words in my vocabulary to describe how awesome she is! She took the time to explain the differences between different shoes and insoles, and let me try a few different pairs to see which ones were the best for me. She was truly concerned with what was best for me rather than what was the most expensive. I hope her boss reads this, because she is truly an asset to their business, and kudos to management for having a customer first culture!”
