Carrie and Karen were so helpful when we left my husband’s glasses in the rentacar, calling me first thing Sunday morning. The car itself was great, as was the individual who rented the Kona to us on 10/2. Overall the best enterprise experience we’ve ever had. Thank you for the wonderful service and care.
