I asked the lady not to cut my dog's hair (Shih tzu) only to trim his face, paws and the sanitary trim. When I came back, I could not recognize my dog; she had SHAVED all his hair.
If you love your dog, stay away from this place.

We arrived 10mins till close (our fault I didn't realize their sunday hours) and there was a line a of people at the register, but nonetheless the cashier on hand was polite and handed all the customers waiting like he had just clocked in. Unfortunately I didn't catch their name. But bravo to handling that situation! Good place for dog wash. They now are offering a quick wash no appointment necessary, only $29.99

This review is on their salon not the store, I tried 4 times to get my dog in to get his nails groomed and all 4 times something was wrong this was the final straw I set an appt for wed and they said oh no I’m sorry it was yesterday Tuesday. I wouldn’t be so miffed if it wasn’t for the fact that it’s a 25 minute trip out here each time to do this.

Went cus kids eat free,only reason anyone would go..where they gave us a menu with promotions for IF..OF CHORSE kids want that..that was not free..they girl was very nice to take it off. But buyer bewear.

PetSmart is getting bad nothing in stock management don't know how to run the store we ask the manager to get more of our food in just clarify it we have a prescription food for our kids. They don't care if they don't carry all the prescription food it seems PetSmart is only for the dogs they don't care about the ?????? ???????

The groomer called to inform me that there was matting under my pets tail and that she would have to shave that area close and part of the tail would be shaved as well. I agreed. My Shih Tzu came into the salon with about 4 inches of hair and I asked to have half removed.
When my pet was finished not only was half his tail shaved but he was COMPLETELY shaved all over!! Some areas down to the skin! I could not believe my eyes!! I've been a customer for a long time but this one ends my trust in them.
