I needed a brochure order completed before the end of business hours, so I called to see if that’d be possible since the website was telling me it would be done by 7:30pm. I hadn’t even submitted my order yet, but Marcel said that even though they were a little backed up he would make sure he started it for me when he saw it come through.
I thanked him and submitted the order, and it took less than 3 hours to not only get the text alert that it was done, but a phone call as well! AND they threw in some extra copies for free. Then I get to the store, and the gal who helped me also gave great service, ensuring I was happy with the results. Absolutely phenomenal experience all the way around, 10/10.
Tbh the entire store should get a raise or some sort of bonus, because every time I’ve been there, the workers have been friendly, helpful, and attentive without being overbearing. Awesome team all around.
Lastly, sometimes I hesitate to give reviews like this because some people read it expecting someone to give them the moon and stars or get pissed off if THEY don’t get free copies without asking…. to those people I say:
1) you’re probably entitled as hell if that’s your mindset after reading a positive review, maybe you’d catch more flies with honey rather than vinegar ? and,
2) you need to get your expectations under control if you think people aren’t allowed to have a random bad day and they deserve a bad review or complaint if they don’t go above and beyond for you. With ☮️ and ❤️, please take a chill pill.”
