It's a uhaul storage spot.
The office is on one side of the bridge and the storage space is on the other.
You are not supposed to take a left hand turn onto the main road, but these are the directions given.
Unless there is some other way across to the other side.

Brenda is wonder has helped me so many times getting my situation sorted out with my storage units.
