“uHaul in Salisbury has the Most Helpful, Kind, Knowledgeable, and Friendly employees. They go over and aboveboard to help their customers. William G is one of those guys. I wish I could remember the names of the other gentleman that helped.I could only say THEY ALL ARE KIND, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY MEN working at UHAUL SALISBURY. I highly recommend this facility.”
“There was a problem with my initial reservation. I originally reserved a van. But when I came into the location the staff was unable to confirm the reservation even though I had a reservation number and an email and they were able to see the reservation also. But they were unable to assign me the vehicle. As a result I had to get a box truck.
I was very unhappy with that situation. If this truck was not available, then I would not have been able to reserve a truck. And that would have been a major problem. I came all the way from Baltimore with my daughter's storage items and without a U-Haul Van I would have been in a very bad situation. I would like to have a follow-up on what happened with respect to the staff not being able to assign my original reservation for the van.
Thank you very much.”

“I recently rented a truck here to move my camper trailer. I shopped around and found it to be the best value for my needs. The employees seem to really want to provide excellent customer service. I couldn't be more impressed.”
