“We have been taking our cars to Gary and his team for several years now. They have never failed to provide uncomparable service, with fair and clear rates, as well as detailed descriptions of proposed work. And most importantly they keep track of what our car services our car has had done and what it needs and have always kept an open line of communication via phone text and email.
Here's another small but huge thing for me: a few years back my daughter and I were on vacation and had an issue with my car's starter. We were 4 hours away from Preferred but I called them anyway. I spoke to Todd (a dream!) who quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone. Because they keep such accurate records of our vehicle he was able to tell me when that part had last been addressed and explained why it may have been an issue now. He even offered suggestions for how to find a reputable shops for the repair as well as parameters for a fair pricing.
How is THAT for service?
We have referred many friends and neighbors to Preffered and will continue to do so. I cannot say enough good things about them.”

“Wonderful service. Had a dashboard light up like a Christmas tree thanks to a mouse that chewed through a sensor wire. They quickly scanned the codes for me (without asking for a diagnostic fee) and gave advice for how to prevent in future. I was able to find and repair the damage myself, but their scan and service saved me a ton of time and runaround had I tried to go to a dealer. “I have been using Mega for my Tesla needs for past 7 years. I just purchased a new 2025 Model Y Jupiter. I chose to ask Mega to install my tow hitch instead of Tesla as I only intend to use it for my bike rack and carrying basket. They did an amazing job with installation. Very clean and quick. “I just brought in my car for the second time, and for the second time was blown away by the team here! Both times I needed minor repairs. Today my splash guard was loose and they rescrewed it up and the first time I had a nail in my tire and they patched it.... Other places would and could have easily charged $100 or even more for the time it took to do this even though they were both quick repairs, but only car Care did not. They're extremely honest. Extremely kind, extremely reasonable and I would recommend them to any friend or family or any person that needs a trustworthy auto repair place. I will never take my car somewhere else!”
