“On Feb 7, I visited the Verizon store in Laurel, MD, because my daughter’s (Cay) phone was displaying a solid ‘green screen’. Cay was in Louisiana (LA) on vacation with a non-operable phone.A pleasant saleslady (I didn’t get her name), served me. I shared the info and asked how can Cay get an immediate phone fix in LA. The saleslady proceeded with researching the issue and discovered this was a known issue. Since we had insurance Asurion was contacted.The Asurion operator, contacted the Apple store in LA for an appointment to get her phone fixed. The store didn’t have any appointments until the following week. The operator continued searching for a place that could do an immediate fix. She contacted uBreakiFix in LA. They had an opening and got her right in. Cay’s phone was fixed! The best part is because she had insurance, the cost was $0.A HUGE “Thank You” to the saleslady in Laurel, MD and the Asurion operator for working together for a VICTORIOUS ending!”

“Hi Mario. I was the Latino guy which you refer to me as Mr. Luis. Which I called and you picked up the phone and I spoke to you about the iPhone 11 Deal and headed to you. Which by the wait Kudos you to you on the way you answer the phone. I was able to tell that you were smiling through the phone. Which is the first reason that after the came and you said you could not waive the activation fee even after I had said that the other cricket store was willing to waive it, I kinda walked away but what pull me back to not leave and give you the sales even thought it was going to cost me more was not just the great service over the phone but also in person. You not only was very enthusiastic ton assist with purchase of a new line and becoming New Cricket customer, but tried pushing me to do the ACP program because you empathized with what my current situation was and wanted me to get the immediate $30.00’savings That even after I filled it out but didn’t get approval right away you still insisted and pushed me to upload the document. Unfortunately I was unsuccessful to do it at the store and even when I said you have customers coming in and didn’t want you loosing commission on something that I could have done later. You still said no it is important for me to help you save money because of your situation that you just explain earlier. I was like wow, this is an amazing wow serendipity experience. So Mario I wanted to say that it was a pleasure! I’m so used to dealing with big businesses like cell phone companies or internet companies who say they have excellent customer service but actually treat you the opposite. This customer experience was absolutely different. It’s nice to have a customer service experience with a company that treats you like you know what you’re talking about and like you are worth something. I realize we are a small organization and only purchased one big item from your company but the service I received was phenomenal and exceeded my expectation because it’s been years since I’ve received such an amazing Customer Service experiences and I will be spreading the word to help you hit those goalS. After more than 12 hours on the phone with customer service, I was told the only way the work could be finished was to go into a store. Considering how many hours had already been invested, I was not interested in wasting any more time in a store. When I got there, I asked Roddell how long it should take to add a 2nd line. He said 30min. I then let him know my situation and how much time had already been spent. Roddell identified a solution quickly, explained how long it would take, then executed with precision. “Joey Reese provided excellent support to my husband and so during a recent visit. We needed to reactivate our account that was on military suspension when the Sprint to T-Mobile merge happened. Joey was unfamiliar with the process, but he listened to us and willing to call customer service for us to understand more. After a few long minutes he came back out to tell us that it was going to be noted on the account and the bill that we were erroneously charged would be voided.If Joey had not been able to accomplish this for us, our business with T-Mobile would have been done and so would have went with another provider, but thanks to him I will continue to be a customer.I hope that the store sees this and Joey sees this to know that he kindness and patience made a huge difference for us during this holiday season.Respectfully,Sandra and Ian”

“For me to stop here was kind of not needed at the time. I wasn't even really looking for anything in particular, but since I was out, I wanted to keep myself busy by stopping at as many shopping plazas as I could. What a stupid mistake, especially since this plaza was a bit wonky. I came in here to honestly grab some essentials that I didn't necessarily have to have, but since I was out, why not get what I need and be done with it. Even though it was busy in here, I was still able to find what I needed and not feel rushed about it. However, when it came to checking out, there was a larger than expected line. I didn't mind, I was here for a reason, to waste some time and get some items. I had my airpods in and was minding my business. Get to the head of the line at the self checkout area and had the most pleasant discussion with the lady manning the area. She should be in a different line of work. Approaching people and just having a leisurely conversation with them. She had a gift which made for a nice end of a shopping trip.”

“My wife and I hired them for a festival a while back. We loved their services and their products. We got the whole package. Two moon bounce, hot dog, pop corn machine and cotton candy machine for great price! They hired early to set up. They were very professional. They communicated well with us prior to purchasing explaining all the permits and safety requirements. They were very informative with sharing info on the city policy in regards to street vendors. I high recommend them for festivals, partys or just for fun!! You won't be disappointed that's for sure!”
