“My two puppies, Lime and Lulu, always visit Dr. Holden. All staff adore our babies and take a good care of them. Dr. Holden is very professional and took a very good care of them. Our dogs got neutered and fixed by Dr. Holden and recovered very well. They love visiting the vet and always get yummy treats. Lime and Lulu will always go to Severn Square Vet. :)”
“Abby is a very anxious 12 year old Beagle mix who has been seeing Dr. Ruth on most visits. She is always very thorough in her exams and conscientious about Abby's anxiety. The vet tech Michael was friendly and gentle with Abby as well. I have never in 12 years had a bad experience at Veterinary Housecall Service. Keep up the great work!!”

Our Rocky was always welcomed by everyone and received excellent care over the years. When the time came to say goodbye to our pup, it felt like we were with family.They were so kind and thoughtful. The next day they sent us a beautiful white rose in memory of Rocky. It was so nice to know they were thinking of us. “The best place to go to for your four legged friends Orthopedic needs. Dr. Leasure is not only highly qualified, but also down to earth and a thorough gentleman. He is very kind and compassionate when ever I see him. He called me soon after my dog had her second total hip replacement. He called me again after hours at 8.30PM and sent me picture of my resting at night. All i can say if your dog has an orthopedic need, he is the one to go to.”

“Today I thought I was going to have to put my 20yr old cat Angel I inherited from my mother to sleep because she was very sick. My dog Bodi is already a very happy patient of Bay Country and they treat him like a big baby, he loves going for visits! So I called about my cat and they got her in immediately and came to the conclusion she has a bladder infection and could be treated and would be fine. They were SO patient and understanding and loving with her and it was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. She is a pretty feisty cat so I was worried how she'd let them treat her and she melted in their arms not even budging when she got a needle. Bay Country saved my dog Bodi from losing his best friend today and saved our family from a lot of heartache. We cannot thank them enough!! We will never go to any other vet as long as Bay Country is in business!!??????”
“Really professional and easy process. Kept me in the loop while my 5lb dog was spayed, which helped ease my anxiety. I dropped her off at 7:30am and was out the door with her by noon. They provide really clear and attentive post-op instructions, and she’s healed really nicely since the operation.
I was able to get an appointment within two weeks, and was happy with the price after being quoted $1200+ in NoVa. Great experience all around and would recommend to others.”
“Everhart is a great and reliable vet. Everhart was the primary vet for our two Akitas for a few years (only switched vets because we moved to the county). Always had a good experience and were always able to get a vet to talk to us or see our pups when we had a question or concern. The only time we had an issue was when another vet gave us a conflicting diagnosis on one of our Akitas. Dr. Menafee handled the situation super professionally, redid x-rays free of charge, and spent a lot of time going over the details of the diagnosis. In the end, we felt completely reassured with Dr. Menafee’s views. I also appreciated that Everhart vets represent a broad range of specialization and expertise, so that no matter what problem you have, there is likely someone on staff who will be able to provide educated input. Wholeheartedly recommend this vet!”

“We take our three dogs to Countryside, and have worked with every vet there now during the past three years. Always very happy with the above and beyond service from the vets, the techs, and the front of the house staff who are friendly and helpful every visit. I almost hate referring people to Countryside because they are frequently busy and it can be a challenge to get appointments - although on several occasions now when one of my dogs has an immediate problem they have accommodated us for same-day visits. We trust them with the lives of our cherished ladies - I'm not sure there can be a higher compliment than that.”

“We have brought all of our dogs to Banfield over the past 20 years and we have never been disappointed by the care or customer service we received. We had a dog with seizures that was treated with the utmost compassion. We currently have a mini golden doodle with urinary issues and Dr Chaudry has been wonderful with his customized care and compassion for her. The vet techs and folks who work the desk are a wonderful representation of Banfield and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“My pom went in for his dental. Usually my vet does the cleaning but his k9 was lose, and I was referred there. Dr. Kim was awesome and comforting. She explained everything in detail and why he needed all his teeth remove. She was so sweet to both me and my pom. After the surgery, she sent me pictures of before, during and after, which I very much appreciate. I also like that they are very thorough with the pre-op. The front desk was very nice. Overall, I had a good experience. For improvement -- with the amount of money you pay, I feel like we all should have a red carpet treatment. As soon as you walk into the place, it says something about if your dog poop/pee, it’s your responsibility to clean up. I think they should have a warmer welcome sign. As a pet parent, I’m nervous as it is. If our dogs poop/pee, help us clean it up especially the amount we’re paying. While we’re holding our babies who could be in pain and nervous, let us just focus on that. My poms never poop and pee in a doctor’s office before, but I feel for other pawrents. Lastly, I do think the price is outrageous. It was almost $5000!”
