Ryan was very helpful and scheduled me for a date to bring the truck in. I dropped the truck off for repair and had the truck back a few days later. Ryan and his crew did a great job fixing my truck. I would go back to them in the future for any other dent repair that I needed.”

Within 2 hours of my accident, I had an estimate for the damage.I just got the car back a few days ago and they did a superb job of mending the crumpled passenger's side! “My experience with JC Customs was excellent. My new to me Toyota Tacoma, which I got from Carvana had a crack in the dealer installed fender flare that needed to be repaired. The damage was covered under warranty and this body shop was an approved facility to fix it. I went online and seen the excellent reviews and decided to try them out. I dropped it off Monday, and picked it up that Friday.The repair was perfect, and the paint matched. Huge kudos to the person at the front desk, which I forgot her name, but she was amazing. She made this whole process seem less, and answered my many questions in person and over the phone.During the initial drop off, the technician spoke with me about the damage, and was very thorough. “Got into an accident on a Friday around 1pm, the other party said that she would pay out of pocket. I called Glen Burnie Autobody and said I could come in anytime for an estimate! I arrived and was greeted by a nice gentleman, Ted. He did my estimate in less than 20 minutes, I sent over the estimate to the other party and paid for and dropped the car off the next week. Ted gave me an estimated 10 days, it actually finished a day early which was a plus. Car looks like nothing happened to it!”

“My sister had an oops moment backing out of our garage and into the passenger door of my car. The damage to both vehicles was minor but required repairs which she offered to pay for. We took our cars to AAB, they gave us a reasonable estimate for the work. I dropped my vehicle off last Monday and picked it up Wednesday after dropping hers off that same day. Hers was finished on Friday. The repairs were seamless on both cars and you couldn't tell that any damage was done. We were both very happy with the work, as they were highly rated and recommended for their quality of work. Satisfied customers.”

Everything from my initial phone call to them through the repair process was excellent (the staff was friendly and helpful). They provided my insurance with the estimate and handled all the documentation directly with them. The repairs were made promptly and my car was ready when originally indicated.
