Wow! Great customer service. I went to the store to get help migrating to a new phone. The young man who helped me, Josh, was was knowledgeable, patient, polite etc. His explanations were clear. He was alone in the store so was helping several people at once all with the same calm, friendly attitude. Thank you Josh.

The agent was fine, but the manager Caesar was absolutely rude. I asked I ask the agent to please get the manager who happened to be on a ladder behind us in doing something with rearranging cases on the back wall. She got up and went to the ladder and spoke to him about the fact that I wanted to speak to him and instead of him coming down off the ladder and coming over to the table where we were he simply Stated what he had to say from the ladder and said oh no, we can’t help you that’s just it. which was so rude. first of all it violated my privacy, exposed my business to everybody in the vicinity and when you show no more courtesy then to stand on a ladder and your customer has no more importance or value to
AT&T then that you raise your voice and speak from a ladder that’s unacceptable and
rude. I have never experienced that kind of behavior from any of your staff previously.
You need to see that he gets more training on how to engage with customers.

Very poor customer service. After 30 minutes of waiting to be helped I gave up and left. Also not sure why doors are propped open in the summer – the store was teeming with gnats and mosquitos. Gross.

I'm still not understanding why my bill is so high, I only have two devices that I'm a currently paying on, I have the AARP discount and I'm still paying close to $500 monthly.

As soon as I stepped into the store Isas greeted with smiles and well mannered reps. I was truly amazed at how informative and descriptive my service rep was at every step of the way. I was assured that my concerns would be diminished in the most professional manner. I will definitely continue to use the services at AT&T
