Shout out to Josh. THis young man provided extraordinary customer service. Was kind, supportive, attentive and a great teacher. I took far too long , and he never flinched, never sighed. He simply told me that it, he and I were fine. Just amazing. Clone him. That type of customer servoce needs to be replicated,

Mike helped me choose a new phone and celll plan bundle. He was very thorough and patient. The store is calm and quiet so it makes it easier to concentrate on making multiple decisions. A new phone is like a new friend and lifeline so it has to be done with care :)
