Where should I start with this store ?I was told a phone was ordered for me.I went in three different occasions to check on the status.They kept telling me shipping is delayed because of the holidays without looking into anything.On my fourth visit, I sat there until somebody was available. They looked it up and found out that an order was never placed.To make matters worse, I have been a customer since the brick phone, when they were called cellular one,one of the managers heard me talking to his employee about my issues but chose to take his back pack and go home !!!So I sat there on this fourth visit returned phone got charged restocking fee, bought another phone paid for it outright to find out 48 hours later that they added the warranty to the phone and took out my corporate discount that was on my account for over 10 years, WHY ???This is not the first time I’ve had an issue at this store, but it’s the last time I’m ever going to go back to this corporate storeMOE

Staff were uninterested in helping me or answering my questions- I interrupted a good convo when I came in and they were not happy about it. I left so they could have the privacy they deserve to finish their conversation.

AT&T Silver Spring Georgia Avenue has excellent store service, sales, and technician support. Good options reviewed by staff. My situation was complicated by a difficult choice between replacement vs. upgrade my Samsung. Josh, Malik, Christian, & Nando helped me through this all on Nov. 24, 2023, and I highly recommend them each one. And I like my new Samsung S-23Plus.

I asked for an upgrade to my fully paid device in this store and they added another line instead of an upgrade for my previous device. Thanks for that, I had to call ATT customer service so many times to figure this out and fix it. they cost me so much headache.

I can’t remember the guys name but he was in the store on 11/22/2022 during the morning time he was very helpful and funny he made me feel very comfortable and was very helpful

AT&T Downtown Silver Spring Md. Was GREAT Customer service !! Even though I didn't get what I wanted. I still felt that I was important. And they really care real talk.I'm only talking about this location.

If I could have given 0 stars I would. Worst location. Messed up my service completely f***** me. I am now stuck with a 400$ bill and that is not what I agreed to at all. I've been sent back and forth to this location after calling the AT&T loyalty department. The store continuously lies about what they can and can't fix in the system.If switching services DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!

Incredible experience. The staff was extremely patient and very thorough. Mgr. Jada (I believe that's her name) was extremely helpful. Hadn't been to a store in years, but they took very good care of me. Shout out to Will and the guy with glasses too (sorry I didn't get your name, Bro ? ?).
