About Banfield Pet Hospital
Banfield Pet Hospital provides quality and attentive health and wellness care for dogs, cats, and small animals. The veterinarians and staff are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership and preventive health care in a full-service medical facility. They offer general services like routine vaccinations, microchipping, and dental and surgical care.
Many clients find the team to be amazing, caring, pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, kind, and loving. They make pets and owners feel like family and are described as wonderful and awesome. The veterinarians are noted as being the best, very thorough, friendly, and absolutely amazing with their craft. The hospital is appreciated for taking extreme care and concern with pets and providing excellent advice. The location inside a PetSmart in a shopping mall offers plenty of parking, making it easy to get pets in and out, and allows owners to get everything needed in one trip. A valuable service is the 24/7 PetChat with a vet, which owners find helpful and reassuring.
However, some clients express frustration with getting prescriptions filled, noting slow approval times for refills. One minor point of feedback is that some do not like the location inside a pet store, but otherwise find the doctors and staff to be good. Overall, the hospital is highly recommended for pet care needs.
