“I really don't understand some of the negative reviews. I found a used ram online that I was interested in. I called and they told me that the vehicle was indeed available. I met with the Sales Rep Dabo And we went on a test drive. They did take a little bit off the price of the truck through text before my visit and when I was there, I asked if they could takeoff a little bit more and he very politely told me that they couldn't as it was already priced aggressively, Which to be fair, it was. I was going to get a truck from another dealership and when it fell through, I decided to purchase that one. Dabo had great Communication Via text and over the phone.
Unfortunately, the day we decided to come in and buy the vehicle. He was not there, but his partner Maribel was. Even though she wasn't getting the sale, she was great. I set a stopwatch on my phone when we walked in there because I wanted to see how long it was going to take And it was just over an hour (granted I had my own financing but still) The finance manager offered an extended warranty, but when I told him I might come back and get it, he gave me no pushback nor did he try to upsell me on a ton of other things like upholstery protection, lojack or anything like that. All in all, it was a great seamless experience and I would definitely buy from there again. Thanks Lindsay Ford”

“I recently brought in my 2020 Lexus ES 350 for repairs, and overall, it was a great experience. At first, I was a bit skeptical because of some of the reviews, but I made sure to communicate that I wanted original parts to ensure everything fit the way I wanted it—and they delivered. The team was responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. Esther was fantastic—she was the one reaching out to keep me posted on progress and always returned my calls promptly, even after I left voice messages.
The car was returned to me within a reasonable time, considering the parts had to be ordered. While there were a few small imperfections when I picked up the car, Esther quickly arranged a time for me to come in and get them fixed. She was happy to help and even washed my car to make up for the inconvenience.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and the work done. Communication was always two-way, and they even got the paint job perfectly. Thanks again to Esther and the team for their excellent service and attention to detail!”
