“Very responsive shop! I showed up early with my 6-speed Mustang Coupe with an impressive bash on the passenger door from a run wild Metro vehicle, and so did the owner arrive before opening. I wanted to avoid missing work time and he rose to the occasion with a refreshing sense of urgency. See, I was devastated since I keep my car immaculate and this 2017 didn't have even a scratch. I wanted someone to care for the car and when he assessed the damages, he proved expertise and a clear understanding how to erase the damage. Finished before scheduled, the door and passenger side front fender and quarter panel look like when I fell in love with the car with only 3 miles. Just like when I dropped off the car, they roared the Mustang out of the garage right to the minute of my pick-up time. Impressive! Plus, they promised the paint job the life of the car. Yes, there's hope for customer service in America. Well done.”

“I came in for a comprehensive estimate that other body shops refused unless I was willing to have the repairs done with them. I took my car to A Body without an appointment but they had a tech service my car right away. As I was sitting in the waiting room I overheard the staff on the phone with their customers and I have the impression that they only offer to do what is necessary for the customer as I heard the gentleman give the option of having something replaced but that it was not an absolute necessity. Good to know a place isn't trying to overcharge you on things. I'll be back here if I need any future body work done. Prices quoted were also much better than surrounding shops.”

“I'm so thankful I came across four corner auto care to fix my car. Brian (Tenzin) promptly responded to my request to fix my car which I hit against cement in a parking garage (after dodging an old lady walking down a dark ramp...everyone was okay). Brian estimated that he could have my car fixed within a few days. The whole job took one week because he found other significant damage in the interior of my car which I didn't know about. Overall he communicated well, asked if I wanted to fix everything and had such a positive attitude. Also they do excellent work for a reasonable price. I almost wanted to keep this gem to myself but the world (or Silver Spring) needs to know where to go for superior auto care whether mechanical or auto body. They also cleaned the interior of my car. I don't want to come back for anything other than oil changes but if I need a job done in the future, I know where to go. I think the pictures speak for themselves to demonstrate high quality service.”

“I really don't understand some of the negative reviews. I found a used ram online that I was interested in. I called and they told me that the vehicle was indeed available. I met with the Sales Rep Dabo And we went on a test drive. They did take a little bit off the price of the truck through text before my visit and when I was there, I asked if they could takeoff a little bit more and he very politely told me that they couldn't as it was already priced aggressively, Which to be fair, it was. I was going to get a truck from another dealership and when it fell through, I decided to purchase that one. Dabo had great Communication Via text and over the phone.
Unfortunately, the day we decided to come in and buy the vehicle. He was not there, but his partner Maribel was. Even though she wasn't getting the sale, she was great. I set a stopwatch on my phone when we walked in there because I wanted to see how long it was going to take And it was just over an hour (granted I had my own financing but still) The finance manager offered an extended warranty, but when I told him I might come back and get it, he gave me no pushback nor did he try to upsell me on a ton of other things like upholstery protection, lojack or anything like that. All in all, it was a great seamless experience and I would definitely buy from there again. Thanks Lindsay Ford”

“I recently brought in my 2020 Lexus ES 350 for repairs, and overall, it was a great experience. At first, I was a bit skeptical because of some of the reviews, but I made sure to communicate that I wanted original parts to ensure everything fit the way I wanted it—and they delivered. The team was responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. Esther was fantastic—she was the one reaching out to keep me posted on progress and always returned my calls promptly, even after I left voice messages.
The car was returned to me within a reasonable time, considering the parts had to be ordered. While there were a few small imperfections when I picked up the car, Esther quickly arranged a time for me to come in and get them fixed. She was happy to help and even washed my car to make up for the inconvenience.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and the work done. Communication was always two-way, and they even got the paint job perfectly. Thanks again to Esther and the team for their excellent service and attention to detail!”
