Bad,poor management, poor customer relations, not informative with its customers, unknown suspects there,no clear communications, poor quality and so on.......

This is the best bank branch I have ever been to. The entire team is friendly, efficient, and professional. The current and former manager really turned things around (it used to be a terrible branch). Keep it up!
