“This bank was such an amazing experience!! I went on the Friday that just passed. I lost my wallet AGAIN or else I had definitely asked for her business card. First I called to see if the bank was able to take a larger amount of money out and the man that answered was so nice and helpful. Then when I went in a woman with short dark hair and glasses that was there helped me. She was so so nice and went above and beyond!!! The parking was not the best due to construction, but I would still go and give more stars if I could. She went above and beyond and her and the man greeted me nicely when I went in. The place was nicely kept and clean. I am hoping to get a survey so I can take it!.”

“Truist t is the best bank I've ever dealt with. There was an issue of consumer reports many years ago that said they were the best bank in the United States. I agree. They take their time to make sure your transaction is accurate. They protected me from a scam situation that occurred on Amazon. An employee of Amazon accessed my account. There were four fraudulent transactions. Truist immediately took steps to protect my account and returned my money. I've had other banks in the past and this one is by far the best”

Today, I worked with Valerie (Colesville) to make some updates to accts and open a new one. Some of it was tricky and she handled it all in a knowledgeable, detail oriented manner and was extremely thorough from beginning to end.
