“This bank was such an amazing experience!! I went on the Friday that just passed. I lost my wallet AGAIN or else I had definitely asked for her business card. First I called to see if the bank was able to take a larger amount of money out and the man that answered was so nice and helpful. Then when I went in a woman with short dark hair and glasses that was there helped me. She was so so nice and went above and beyond!!! The parking was not the best due to construction, but I would still go and give more stars if I could. She went above and beyond and her and the man greeted me nicely when I went in. The place was nicely kept and clean. I am hoping to get a survey so I can take it!.”

“I love having had this bank for so long. I came in one day simply to ask about how would opening up a business account banking with them work. The employee was so enthusiastic & helpful, he even helped me step by step explaining how to open my own business that leads to me needing a separate business bank account with them. Another time I made a suggestion with telephone banking, they understood why I suggested vs brushing me off. They’re really nice people at this location, & even though it’s a smaller bank than a huge nation wide bank I really recommend this bank!”

“Truist t is the best bank I've ever dealt with. There was an issue of consumer reports many years ago that said they were the best bank in the United States. I agree. They take their time to make sure your transaction is accurate. They protected me from a scam situation that occurred on Amazon. An employee of Amazon accessed my account. There were four fraudulent transactions. Truist immediately took steps to protect my account and returned my money. I've had other banks in the past and this one is by far the best”

“Welcome to Sunnyville that's right no exaggeration with that. The sun always seams to shine in this Suntrust branch every time I come inside. It has to be the management because as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles and several welcome to Sunnyville...er..Suntrust. Everyone notices you and acknowledges your presences, you are someone there is no discontented grunts or nasty looks like you are the one who just robbed them last week. "Would you like a seat"? Coffee while you wait"? "Massage..."? Okay maybe no massages yet but I could certainly see it here. They really try to make everything as tranquil and pleasant as possible. Nope none of that negativity at all just smiles from everyone and for once a bank is really being nice to you. Heck... the nice teller gal even gave me a lollipop with a big bright smile at the end. However, have had several positives in last year or so at the two local branches I tend to use. Today, I worked with Valerie (Colesville) to make some updates to accts and open a new one. Some of it was tricky and she handled it all in a knowledgeable, detail oriented manner and was extremely thorough from beginning to end. Even though it was late afternoon/near break & closing time, she took the time to ensure I understood my options, answered questions, patiently outlined the bank policies and had copies of all the documents, etc.”
