Horrible experience dealing with this Bank I had the account for less than 2 weeks. Still have yet to receive my debit card after confirming my primary address is correct after 2 letters being mailed to me. I closed my account and opened one with another Bank. less confusion and headache.

The service at the branch is excellent! The staff is very professional and courteous. Barbara Gordon, Asst Manager is always ready to assist. Negative is that this branch is not open on Saturdays and Citizens needs more location.

My first experience was okay. Except the person made a lot of mistakes in my account. But I came back later that day and Elle Barber assisted me . She was super nice and customer friendly, and she corrected everything. So if you go I recommend setting up accounts with her.
