This was my first time visiting this bank and the transaction was very cold and scary. I was very offended when I walked in the door. I had a check drawn on this bank and I wanted to cash it. The gentleman teller Tomas was rude. I've never been at a bank I was told to greet a customer is "robotic". Rava was courteous but she said she came from another bank where she felt like a robot. Well that's not the situation here, because these people were quite odd.

I would give them a zero if I could . Horrible service . They charge you extra fees without any notices. Do not use them !

My husband and I have banked with Eagle for six years. With the exception of two occasions, all of my experiences have been positive. Everyone at the Silver Spring branch is professional, pleasant and extremely helpful. The two unpleasant experiences occurred at other branches.

In a nutshell HORRIBLE customer service, they don't care about businesses with SBA 7a loan that have been effected by the pandemic. They hounded us for payment when we were supposed to be in forbearance. Terrible non-empathic loan officer.

Terrible bank for small business. They repeatedly lied to us and mis-informed us about the PPP loan, and we have proof of that. Their online bank portal for business is just miserable to work with. One ends up spending a ton of time with their glitchy software, passwords constantly need to be reset, a miserable interface, and it's not at all intuitive. I understand they've had management issues, eg, their CEO was fired by their board recently for financial irregularities. We're moving to another bank at this time, and for for good reason.

We opened a business account with Eagle Bank. It has been nothing but trouble since day one. They have seriously out dated technology and their customer support is awful. I'd look for another bank if I were you.

It doesnt matter how good your products are, if your customer service representatives are poor. Rahel, sat at the first teller station, was very rude. She wasnt very welcoming to begin with. She had poor tone and was just disrespectful as if i was the one that was serving her.

I had a problem that the bank teller couldn't take care of. The manager came out took me to her desk and fixed everything professionally.

Visited this branch to open a trust for my son. I realized that I was operating on limited time constraints and upon telling Officer, Branch Manager, Genet Abesha that I was not able to hear all of the products but would be willing to sign the disclosure to state I was aware of my options she became loud and disrespectful by refusing to acknowledge me. Instead, she addressed my attorney by stating their "Eagle Bank's" relationship/friendship with the firm when I was attempting to become their customer. She continued by suggesting that I was disrespectful by asking her to just open a savings account to make the deposit and completed this by adding that I don't have to bank with them. Of course, after she provided me/reminded me of my options we left.

Every time I come here to make a deposit, they make a huge deal about not finding my accounts. Every time. Also, huge attitude problem when it comes to customer service. I really don't understand.
