I am sorry to read the negative reviews. The nonprofit that I head has been banking with Eagle for some time, and they are unfailingly courteous, patient and helpful. The Silver Spring branch manager goes out of his way to help us. They are a good local institution.

The location and parking in this Bank is commendable.
The banking hall is neat with a comfortable seat for customers.
The staff are professional and courteous. They do not waste time and are efficient.
