Don’t underestimate this Giant. Not only do they have good deals rivaling some more “boutique” grocery stores on the same tier items like glass water bottles, avocado oil - but they also have exclusive small batch items like fresh honeycomb and artesian cheeses. Whole foods watch out. Convenient coinstar located right in the interior also.

It pains me to rate this once-superb Giant Food with one star, but that's what is deserved, and accurate, unfortunately. There isn't one element about this location (and most Giant locations) that I can praise or recommend. STAY AWAY. First of all, that shopping center isn't welcoming. The lot is designed for many fewer cars than it has to accommodate, and the traffic flow is AWFUL, as are the parking spaces, especially near the store itself. WAY too crowded, unruly, with incoming and outgoing traffic not paying attention to pedestrians, etc. It's only a matter of time before there's a tragedy there. Women w/children- don't risk it! Everything about the store is inconvenient from finding a cart, sorting the in/out access, and the layout of the store. There's little air flow, it feels stale and unnecessarily crowded, the aisles are poorly used, good luck finding any customer service that is civilized and willing to help. And GOD HELP YOU if you use the self-checkout, overseen by people with ZERO manners, finesse, and NO PEOPLE SKILLS. The ice cream regularly thaws and is refrozen - you can tell by the texture and ice crystals in EVERY SINGLE ICE CREAM I've ever purchased there. This is a HEALTH HAZARD, people! The bakery - OMG - no taste, no freshness, filled with additives and cheap extenders. JUST SKIP THIS PLACE - it's a true low class, low standards establishment, too small, non-functioning, not well lit, feels old, used, marginal. And I have yet to find any congeniality anywhere in that store, from customers to employees. The place needs to be SHUT DOWN.

Joe and Charles are just two of the many employees that are amazing at this location. They always go out of their way to greet you and help you. Ive gone to this Giant for over a decade even worked there at one point. If I would have stayed if it was like how it is now. It's gone through a lot of growing pains over the years, but the team they have right now is over all the best its had.
EDIT: 6/7/2024 - I have to drop this by star after the treatment my disabled mother. I want to make a note - This is absolutely the EVENING crew. The attitudes were absolutely abysmal and straight up rude. I was a little further down the aisle than my mom, but she asked someone for help to which they responded with "Why do you have to ask me that, it's time to go home" and reluctantly stood there as if to stare her down. When my mom explained, it was just snarky comebacks after another before the man walked off to find someone else to help her when I came back and stood there. I would have reported this guy to management, but he wasn't wearing his nametag. Even the person that came to help her had a 'you're inconveniencing me' attitude, but he still did much more to help.
The morning and mid-day crew are amazing, so if you have to go to the store - Try to make it on a time you can go earlier!

This is a mixed review as the curbside pickup people are great and personable. But the store allows its employees to park in the marked and numbered pickup spaces so the rest of us have to take turns in the few remaining making the overall process frustrating.

Like the reward program, easy to earn rewards & faster than Safeway. I like to shop for sale items, they're really great deals. It's always clean & organized. I like every one at Self Checkout, Melissa, Lisa etc. They're professional and friendly. The only bad one in this store is the Pharmacist!!! The guy has no customer service & obnoxious and should not be working with the public. I went there a few times in the past and said to myself that I'd not be back again. He treated me like a begger or no one, not a customer. Last time I stopped by the customer service desk and let the store manager know about his behavior ?
