“My preferred Home Depot. The employees were friendly, the store had everything i needed and I was in and out in no time. Can be hard to find these days as new construction is hiding the building and signs. I have been here a few times and still missed it. However, all was well and enjoyable.”
“I was happy to discover that this location wasn't far from me. I mean, I do have one less than a half mile from my place, but it's not always convenient to go there. This one, however, seems to be a bit more convenient with the other stores around it. I came here after making a few other stops and ran in to find a few items that I had on my list. It wasn't easy finding them right off the bat as this was a new store to me, but I soon found my way around once I opened up the app. Once I had the app up and going I was able to find the items I needed. I stood there for a minute to look the items over to compare until I was able to make my decision. With my items in hand, I made my way to the front and used the self checkout to make a quick exit. With items in hand I was happy to find this location as it made it easier for me that day.”

“She was very kind and friendly explained everything to me. but he did give me some bad news he said that I needed a new air conditioner system. But while he was here, I went up and felt my vents and I realized that I was getting cold air coming out. So I thought he fixed it when actually he just did a diagnostic. And he told me just to keep the fan running because I had leaks and corrosion and all sorts of issues. So I realize the next morning because I had put two window air conditioners in that I was freezing, so I turned those air conditioners down. And I realized I was still freezing so I turned them off for a while, we Are having quite a heat wave right now temperature feeling like 112 outside. So I went up and felt my vents again and my air conditioner is working so it must’ve been my error, not turning the fan or something on. I don’t know what happened. But my air conditioner is working, but I’m told that I have all sorts of problems and I need a new one. My warranty company is not paying for anything because they said I didn’t keep up with my maintenance on my air conditioner, which is not right. I do every year. It’s been there for 26 years and I’ve never had to get a new one as of yet. I know that a 26 year-old air conditioner has been maintained, don’t you think? But as of now it is still working. He never even tried to fix it. so he was a nice man, but I think I’ve got some wrong information.”
