I called in dire need of some parts to bandade my heater hose on my truck together. ALAN was SO helpful and empathetic! Knew the store like the back of his hand! VERY HELPFUL and EVEN offered me a gallon of water out of HIS OWN CAR!! I can't say ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE!! He is a KEEPER!! Thanks Alan!!
