I must say the customer service was excellent, I returned two sweaters and couldn't find one and was very frustrated because the inventory said there were two in stock Ms. Penda took the initiative to find not one but both sweaters!!!!!

This H&M doesn't have many clothes as the other H&Ms I have gone to. The H&M in PG mall and Georgetown are the best in the area.
