I had another employer give me a hard time when I came. I came in the next day, trying to pick up those items she couldn’t put on hold for me and I’ve met. I love the girl by the name Aida. Who was helping me find each item Was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me even though store was soon to close. Aida made me feel confident in my purchases and also allowed me to create an account Where I can get points to use rewards. Aida Made me feel welcomed, she found solutions in finding other clothes and was patient I will be coming back thank you so much Aida!!

The staff are helpful whenever I visit here to buy something for my daughters. The store doesn't have a big kids section but we are still able to find some necessities. Many items that are shown on the website are not here at the store, so you would need to either double check with the store beforehand if there is a specific item you want.

Avoid this H&M at all costs. They sell faulty and defected merchandise. When I tried to return them the thief manager named Miguel accused me of damaging the items. He told me to call customer service then lied to them too. Horrible and lying manager.

This store Sales kids staffs. But they don't have any bathroom even for kids. I was shooting for kids, and unfortunately the kids needed to use bathroom. I ask asked the workers, surprisingly they referered as to use other nearby stores. In this regard this store is not convenient. Be careful when you are shopping with kids.

So rude. Walked in to make a return and there was no one at the register. The employee Nia gave my family and I a disguised look when she had to leave her task of organizing clothes to come help us, there was about five other employees in the store at the time and not a single customer.
We were sold two items that did not have a tag when we purchased them. When I showed her the receipt, she said I'm not returning this without a tag. And then when we said it was sold without tags she said that's not my problem and walked away. She didn't say I'm sorry we can't accept returns without a tag or any sort of politeness or non aggressive tone. She was the rudest and most confrontational person I've ever met in my entire life. And then the other item we purchased was on sale and she said it's non-returnable, even though it was not a FINAL sale, it was just on sale. She clearly, she wasn't interested in doing her job and does not deserve to work there or any other place if that's how she treats customers. And it's also embarrassing to herself and personal dignity to act like that it's kind of sad. Hope she heals soon. Please do better in hiring staff, it makes the whole brand look bad.

I had a terrible experience at the H&M Silver Spring location, all thanks to an incredibly rude employee named Nia. I went in to return an item well within the return policy timeframe, yet she refused to process my return without any valid reason. Instead of being helpful, she was dismissive and condescending, acting as if I was inconveniencing her by simply following the store’s own policy.
Customer service should be about assisting shoppers, not making them feel like they’re being difficult for expecting basic service. If H&M values its customers, they need to properly train their employees on both store policies and basic courtesy. I will definitely be thinking twice before shopping at this location again. Avoid if you expect even a minimum level of respect as a customer.

Yesterday, I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. I was waiting in line when the cashier was called for assistant on Saturday, August 3rd, around 2 pm. When it was my turn, I went to a tall black man with dreadlocks at the first or last register, who came to help. I greeted him with "good afternoon," but he didn't respond. I thought he might not have heard me or was just having a bad day. After scanning the product, I asked to pay with Apple Pay, but he still didn't respond. I assumed he might not be in the mood for the day. However, after my payment he left without giving me my receipt, and I grab my it from the printer and I had to leave the store. Until then I didn’t take it personally. However, When I got home, I realized my item still had the security tag on. The interaction from the beginning to the end made me feel I was disrespected and discriminated against by a very small minded person. I found this very unprofessional and unacceptable. I am sure I am not the first person to be discriminated against by this person and I hope the store pays more attention to irresponsible and hateful employee behavior like this one.

The best H&M store in the area. There is a light skin sales associate is just the nicest, most helpful, stylish, and very friendly. It’s a bonus how attractive and handsome he is. Can’t wait to go back and experience the help of the associates at this location.

Small H&M with a limited selection. The dressing rooms close an hour before the store closes but no one will mention it to you while you’re walking around with a pile of clothes.

Been here 3 times and this H&M has 3 strikes. The 4+ stars is definitely paid for, can't possibly be organic. Quick info.
The fitting rooms are often unavailable, I would have brushed it off as misfortune, but looking at other reviews, it seems to be the norm.
No washroom, not for customers anyways. Only for employees. There's a lot of other info. in other reviews but this is my experience. Needless to say, I don't think this H&M has anything to offer that would grant it another visit. I doubt this place has return customers anyways.
Go if you are desperate, I don't know what reason one would have to be desperate about H&M, but if you go hopefully you go aware of the place you are going in. Good luck, you might need it here
