It was a good experience, first time being at this office, front desk ladies were very nice, check in fast at kiosk, they called my daughter in less than 10 minutes, the technician was so friendly with me and my daughter, even my daughter made the comment saying this places was great, we used to go to another lab but the waiting time was horrible and attention same thing so trying labcorp again and we both left very happy.

This location is terrible when handling medical insurance billing. I have two insurances that clearly pays for lab work. They have all my insurance information but billing me anyway. I have checked both insurances that pays, Lapcorp made mistakes on the insurance information and are too dumb and arrogant to admit their mistakes. I wish my doctors had other resources and choices of labs to deal with.

Technician couldn’t find my vein on the arm and had to draw blood in other vein poking me twice in acceptance staff wasn’t friendly….

Check in was easy at the kiosk. It was crowded, but saw me working 10 minutes of my arrival. The nurse who drew my blood Kaela Taylor was awesome, I didn’t even realize she had stuck me with the needle. This whole thing was quick and easy!

Rude, condescending, terrible customer service . Lobby full of patients you can hear the employees behind the counter laughing and talking about personal things. I use to pop in and out now I’m told that by using the kiosk it schedule an appointment for you that a 2 hour wait time. That’s too long especially if you’ve been fasting.

Great customer service. Dina and Shanika was amazing.
As a suggestion they should have a coffee machine to keep this energy all day. I had to ask the if they have one.

Gets busy but still manages the crowd well on a Saturday morning - Front desk's a busy place, but, clear and concise.
No such rush in the lab rooms - I've been twice and brought my whole family another time, and always got kind service from empathic techs, and some of the least painful and simplest blood draws I've ever had.
