“I had an excellent experience at Grandiff Medical Supplies in Silver Spring. Alyssa was professional, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and so encouraging from the moment I arrived. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and understood everything.
I traveled from DC to Silver Spring, and the trip was absolutely worth it. I will definitely recommend Grandiff Medical Supplies to others and I will tell them to ask for Alyssa!
Thank you for such outstanding customer service!”
“Ordered a quality medical bed from these folks. The process was smooth and professional in stark contrast to the utter incompetence from competing medical supply companies in the area. 10 out of 10.”
“Exemplary customer service. They respond immediately to any communication. Perfect from order to shipping to delivery. Great prices, especially when they shoot a coupon my way. Impressive!”

“Very happy with the service. Nick arrived quickly for measurements and worked with us on the right solution for a Stairlift. Installation was as described and the chair works well.”
