They took in a students laptop to repair. Lost the laptop and told the student it’s not their problem. DO NOT GO THERE!! Will be reporting to the better business bureau

A friend of mine took her MacBook there. She received a different one back. When she contacted them they told her “she should be happy she got anything back” & it’s not their problem anymore.... Horrible customer service... I literally had planned on going here up until I found that out.

Anyone saying that this is a great company is lying. You will take your laptop in to have it fixed, then they lose your laptop and give you something random. You complain then they say “well that’s your problem”....really? Wow okay. How about give me my actual laptop?
