WORST customer service ! Vanessa garcias , Manager of branch . Poor customer service skills , Cant handle issues , What good are you as a manager ? Took all my money + closed account . Went across street to bank america !! CUSTOMER SERVICE bank was NIGHT + DAY ! Go see Keith , Also went to wells fargo on unviersty blvd ,,, CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE AGAIN NIGHT AND DAY FROM TRUIST ..... STAY CLEAR OF THIS BRANCH if you do have accounts !!

It’s very busy lately due to many reasons and we appreciate your services. Valerie helped me setup a new check account today and fell as if it was in and out quickly. There are many others behind me but they are working quickly as possible to help. A+++

Today's visit was a drive through visit. In general there have been some changes that adversely impact paperless bill payments. All of my listed accounts are not accessible since the merger between BB&T and what is now known as Truist. Currently I'm considering changing banks. The personnel at the New Hampshire location are courteous and efficient, but the changes in available services is offputting.

Terrible experience today! I have a home mortgage and checking account with this bank and went to open a bank account for a friend. Sanaa Ali -the person who was supposed to get it done made us wait for more than an hour and then refused to get it done because “it will be more paperwork for her!” We waited an hour for this! Is this how you value and treat customers? Will definitely lodge an official complaint. Stay away from this branch.

The manager Cliff is competent he has great customer relations skills. My experience has always been a positive one I think a lot of folks confuse this little branch inside safeway is just that little meaning sometimes you may wait to be seen however no difference from any other grocery store bank as I've experienced.

One of the staff was extremely rude to another customer and seems to also act the same way towards me when I never interacted with him before. I acted politely and just wanted a check to be written - what I got was tossing my ID back at me, condescending tone, and just really defensive attitude. I don't understand how a person like this treats people who he has never met and provide a service without all the hostility. This all happened on 05/02/2019 around 12:00 PM EST - review the camera footage and you can see how he treats the customers.

There is terrible training at this Cloverly branch. They don't know basic things about checks, such as there is magnetic ink used on the checks so the machine can read it. The assistant manager, cost me most of my life savings. I persisted in telling her each visit that I am dealing with a party I did not know. And I was relying on her to telling me when it was safe to withdraw. After I lost money, she claims she didn't know how to read whether a check cleared which she could have easily said to me "I don't know." Instead she decided to be careless and lie to me that it had cleared when it had not. I wrote back and forth with the bank.This corporation overall is awful. When THEY screw up and lose you a lot of money, they throw around empty apologies and they'll claim it's resolved. When they have done NOTHING to fix it. Their contract basically encourages their employees to lie and perform actions they're not trained for because there are NO consequences. Suntrust admitted in correspondence of making the big mistake that cost me $3,000 and said they would not compensate me for what they lost me. The assistant manager has mysteriously disappeared after this incident. The manager says she is still working there, if an employee screws up so much, this should be a firing offense. Or Suntrust should take money from the employee's pockets if they choose to be careless with customer's money. I hated this bank's irresponsibility and lack of action so much that I moved to another bank and refuse to trust them with my money ever again. I went to court with Suntrust and I won. I'm waiting for their payment they own me, but they seem to want to sit around for that too. I'll persist, then order a judgement if they don't cooperate.

I go to cash my check i stand for ten min. Till the employee came with very bud ugly face like i kill his mother.lol his ask if i have account with sun trust i say no and his say i have to charge you seven dollars i say ok. I keep wait till the lady next to him ask him if his need a hepl after his move the solder left and rt like his going to fly his tell her yes (i dont know how i charge the seven dollars)..lol the lady ask him to give her my check his don't answer her after twenty five min. Wait i tell him is nice to seat i stand his keep looking me three second and his stand up .lol and his say i stand know(ok) lol after ten more min. His ask how you like your cash i answer no matter and his tell me if you don't tell me i give you your check back how you thinking I'm i tell him ash000.lol guess what his throw me the check an his like to come out to bit me up ...lol that is my experience one more time with sun trush BANK.....know how many star's i have to point the service you tell me....lol happy customer...
