“My salesman John Speake was amazing. He did all the usual with the sale, taking good care of me and making sure I was comfortable. I felt like he was my advocate. He even got me 1/2 tank of gas when I did not purchase the package that included it. But it was his service AFTER the sale that really impressed me. Because the truck was used, the code to unlock the door was missing. When I went to have them pull it, I initially had a very unsatisfactory experience! But John went to work, meeting with the service manager and making sure everything was worked out to my satisfaction. The end result is they are going to install a new door device AND give me a free oil change at my house! So thanks to John for getting it sorted and making sure everything was right. Thanks too to Ernesto, the service manager, for working to turn the experience with service into a positive one.”
