The worst customer service. Very mean gentleman who is simply rude to people. The tall guy over there ... It happened to me few times and I would never come back there !

The employees at this post office could not being giving any less effort. Offensively slow-motion, taking cell phone calls, texting, all while the customer line grows and grows and grows...
The employees here lack a base level of human respect for other people.

Horrible experiences since July 2014. Getting the wrong mail of other families in our mailbox, getting our packages delivered doors down to other neighbor's houses, claiming to have attempted delivery when no one even knocks (someone is always home all day). Today our packages that were delayed by two days because they 'attempted to deliver them but no one was home' even they they aren't packages you sign for and could/should have been left at our door step came..... I heard a loud bang and the lady is just whipping them on our drive way. She busted open the box and the bag of dog food. She sees me watching her whip our packages around and gently places the other two down. If you hate your job and can't to do it right then get a new job!
I called multiple times since July about this and always get 'they're a new employee' or-my favorite- 'she must have been tired and was rushing to get home' . What???? That's an acceptable excuse??
Too bad they have to be the branch that delivers to our house! We don't even know if some of our mail/packages has been left at someone else's house half the time!
I've lived many places and have never had an experience like this with a post office that just can't do its job! Usually the post office 'just works' and your mail and packages are at your (and only your!) house and not all over the neighborhood! This post office is struggling!
7/2025 update: These issues CONTINUE to occur and the excuse is always that they're new. The supervisor is incredibly rude and it is shocking that they are allowed to continue to have a forward/public facing role.

I had a highly disappointing experience with customer service. The lady at the first station on the left sent me to the back of the line three times without any valid reason. She was impatient and unresponsive, displaying a lack of consistency in how she interacted with different customers.

When my grandmother was a mail carrier after her husband died of cancer, she had a terrible boss that was an African American woman who would give her the worst routes. Once her other black co worker asked to have her route instead, looked at her route and joyously threw it back into my grandmother's face. This discriminatory culture persists within the USPS system. The racist black woman that manages this office should be fired for her discrimination against the customers. She doesn't serve the people, she is self serving and selfish. I'm sure she even gets off on treating clerks at the counter & mail carriers poorly at this branch. She still owes me $60 for the PO BOX she closed without reason & for simply asking a question. All because she is racist against Latinas. Not my first rodeo dealing with these women who hate anyone else that doesn't look like them. Most of the time Racism is simply the projection of how people actually feel about themselves. Get a better a more fair manager into this location please. So your workers are coming to work and enjoying their job.

The employee named Emanuel who sits at the front will see along line of customers and pretend to do other things instead of taking care of the customers directly in front of him. Making this location slow as far as service. The only person who seems to know what they’re doing at this location is the guy with dreads. He’s professional and gives great customer service. He ended up helping me since Emmanuel decided to do other things which he thought were more important than the customers directly in front of him in store.
Once I get the guy with dreads name I’ll post it here. He’s the only thing keep this location alive.

Over worked, hard working staff. A gentleman with dreds and glasses went out of his way to look up my tracking number, when his shift was over and they clearly were swamped.
